Job Title: Early Career Teacher (Film & Media) Location: Barnet, London, UK Salary: £37,870 – £39,851 per annum Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent Start Date: 01/09/2025 Key Stages: KS3, KS4, KS5 Salary will be paid at Outer London Main Pay Scale – M1, reflecting the Early Career Teacher level. About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for a passionate and driven Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Film & Media to join a high-performing, state-funded secondary school in New Barnet, London. The school is rated “Good” by Ofsted and is known for its strong academic outcomes, supportive environment, and commitment to student success. You will join a thriving Creative Arts faculty, teaching motivated and high-attaining students who take pride in their work and value their education. This role offers the chance to deliver engaging and challenging lessons across Key Stages 3–5, supporting students in both the analytical and creative aspects of Film & Media.
