Telesales Executive Location: Remote or Hybrid (flexible) Hours: MondayFriday, 9am5pm Salary: Up to £30,000 + performance-based incentives Are you a confident communicator who loves building relationships, generating opportunities, and driving business growth? If that's a yes then were looking for a proactive Telesales Executive to help us connect with recruitment agencies and promote our award-winning umbrella and compliance solutions. What Youll Be Doing Proactively contacting recruitment agencies by phone to introduce our umbrella & compliance services. Booking qualified , high-value meetings for our Business Development Lead. Identifying PSL opportunities and gathering key insights to support onboarding and future conversion. Managing structured outbound call campaigns with consistent follow-up Qualifying leads thoroughlyunderstanding agency needs, pain points, and decision-making structures. Recording conversations, outcomes, and next steps accurately in our CRM. Sharing market and agency feedback to support marketing and refine messaging. Working towards KPIs around call volumes, conversations, meetings booked, and lead quality. What Youll Bring Strong, confident telephone communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent questioning, listening, and qualification skills. Persuasive communication style and the ability to articulate our value proposition clearly. Resilience when handling objections and gatekeepers. High levels of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail. Commercial awarenessexperience in the recruitment sector or umbrella payroll is an advantage. Self-motivation and the ability to drive your own momentum day-to-day. Comfort working to targets and KPIs. Strong time-management skills to balance follow-ups, new outreach, and appointment setting. A professional and confident approach aligned with the Mortimer Childe brand. Experience Were Looking For Proven telesales or outbound calling experience (B2B preferred). Experience booking meetings or generating leads. Background in recruitment, staffing, or umbrella payroll (highly desirable but not essential). Understanding of PSL processes is advantageous. Experience using CRMs to log calls, manage pipelines, and track follow-ups. A track record of meeting call or appointment-setting KPIs.
