    We are Everypawdy, a small boutique dog walking and training company offering services in Notting Hill, Kensington, Chelsea and Fulham. We are looking for enthusiastic, active people for this beautiful but physically demanding job. We are looking for people who want to be part of our little family, hang out with many dogs, learn more about them, or improve their dog skills. (We offer support for those interested in pursuing a dog training career). This is an awesome job, but unfortunately, it is not a summer job. As you can imagine, building the trust of clients and dogs takes time. Hence, we require committed people who understand that the dogs need to go out regardless of the weather or the situation. Not taking the job seriously can affect the dogs' lives. HOLIDAYS PER YEAR • 20 - day holidays, • Paid bank holidays REQUIREMENTS • Monday to Friday 9-2 pm, • Must be a dog lover, • Professionalism (the dogs need to go out)., • Punctuality, • Good Communication Skills for our Friendly Proactive Customer Service, • Good level of English, • 12 months commitment (minimum), • Work Permit Dog Walker Role SummaryThank you for your interest in joining the Everypawdy team! Below is a summary of what to expect from the role and how we operate. The Daily Routine & HoursWe operate a structured schedule to ensure all our dogs get the exercise and socialization they need. • Shift Times: Your day is split into two main blocks:, • Group 1: 09:00 – 11:00, • Group 2: 11:30 – 14:00, • The Workflow: You will collect your group on foot, walk to the park, manage off-leash playtime, and drop them home., • Communication: After each walk, you’ll send a photo to the client's WhatsApp group and confirm the collection time for the next day., • We have two positions: Monday to Thursday (specify which one you are applying for please) Group Logistics • Group Size: A maximum of 4 dogs per group to ensure high safety standards., • Zones: All dogs live within a maximum 20-minute walk from the park. We rotate walking zones monthly to keep the routes fresh and ensure all dogs know all walkers. Physical Requirements & Gear • Activity Level: This is a highly active role. You should expect to walk between 15,000 and 25,000 steps daily in all weather conditions., • Uniform: We provide Everypawdy branded jackets, jumpers, t-shirts, and gear. You will need to provide your own comfortable, waterproof walking shoes or boots. Paid Training & DevelopmentWe are committed to making you an expert in dog handling: • Onboarding: A 2–4 week paid training period involving shadowing and 1-on-1 dog handling lessons., • First Aid: Once you have completed your 3rd week of training, we pay for your 5-hour Pet First Aid certification., • Growth: We offer an optional yearly short course in dog training for those looking to further their career in animal behavior. Communication & TrustAt Everypawdy, transparency is key. All communication with owners is conducted through dedicated WhatsApp groups. This ensures everyone is on the same page and helps us build long-term trust with our clients. We offer services in Fulham, Chelsea, Kensington, Notting Hill. Responsibilities may include: • Providing personal care respectfully and sensitively, including support with washing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and maintaining good personal hygiene., • Offering companionship, conversation, reassurance, and emotional support., • Encouraging and motivating the client to remain as independent, active, and involved in daily life as possible., • Supporting the client with daily routines, household tasks, meal preparation, shopping, and other practical activities where required., • Accompanying the client to appointments, social activities, outings, or community activities., • Encouraging hobbies, interests, exercise, social interaction, and activities that support the client’s physical and emotional wellbeing., • Supporting mobility and helping the client move around safely where necessary., • Providing medication support or reminders in accordance with the agreed care plan and relevant procedures., • Observing any changes in the client’s wellbeing and communicating concerns appropriately., • Maintaining the client’s dignity, privacy, choices, preferences, and confidentiality at all times., • Creating a calm, safe, positive, and enjoyable environment. The right person should be caring, respectful, dependable, attentive, and able to use their initiative. They should understand that good care is not only about completing tasks, but also about helping the client feel valued, listened to, comfortable, confident, and supported. Above all, we are looking for someone who will treat the client with kindness and respect, bring a positive attitude into their home, provide excellent companionship, and support them to enjoy the best possible quality of life.

    We’re looking for a passionate, motivated and personable Sports Therapist / Massage Therapist to join the team at London Massage & Movement. This role is ideal for someone who wants more than simply delivering back-to-back massage treatments. We’re looking for a therapist who is interested in understanding why clients are experiencing pain or movement problems and helping them progress through treatment, rehabilitation and ongoing maintenance. The Role You’ll work with a varied client base, ranging from people dealing with everyday aches, pains and postural issues through to gym-goers, runners and recreational and professional athletes. Depending on your qualifications and experience, your role may include: • Sports massage and deep tissue massage, • Injury assessment and treatment, • Movement and postural assessment, • Rehabilitation and corrective exercise, • Mobility and movement sessions, • Strength and conditioning-based rehabilitation, • Developing rehabilitation programmes, • Supporting clients returning to training and sport, • Ongoing maintenance and injury-prevention treatment, • Providing excellent client education and aftercare You’ll be responsible for managing your own clients while working as part of the wider LMM team. What We’re Looking For We want someone who is passionate about what they do and genuinely wants to continue developing as a therapist. You should be: • Professional, reliable and organised, • Friendly, confident and comfortable communicating with clients, • Passionate about health, movement, rehabilitation and performance, • Able to build strong long-term relationships with clients, • Comfortable working independently while also contributing to a team, • Willing to learn and develop your clinical skills, • Proactive about building and maintaining your client base, • Committed to delivering a consistently high standard of service Experience is valuable, but equally important to us is your attitude, personality and willingness to learn. Qualifications Applicants should hold a recognised qualification relevant to the position, such as Sports Massage, Sports Therapy or a similar therapy qualification. Additional qualifications or experience in rehabilitation, personal training, strength & conditioning, corrective exercise or movement assessment would be beneficial.
