Established Japanese restaurant in Crouch End, N8 8AA is recruiting assistant sushi chef. We are looking for someone who is motivated and passionate to produce made to order sushi or sashimi. Ability to maintain high level of hygiene is also a must. This position is best suited for chefs who has experience in restaurant environment where sushi/rolls/sashimi is made fresh to order. Must already have some basic knowledge of filleting and prepare various fishes for sushi or sashimi. Would not be suitable for chef who has experience in takeaway or fast food chain sushi restaurant as all our sushi/sashimi produce are prepared daily in house.
