By partnering across the organisation, we create a clear strategy and vision, monitor performance, and provide insights that drive informed decisions and sustainable growth.Were looking for a Senior Finance Systems & Process Analyst who will lead the optimisation of our finance systems, ensuring they support accurate reporting, strong controls, and efficient processes across the organisation. Someone who naturally spots opportunities for improvement and enjoys working with both technical teams and finance colleagues to deliver meaningful change.What youll be doing: Leading system and process improvement initiatives across the Finance function, identifying opportunities to automate, streamline and enhance financial workflows.Acting as the subject matter expert for Finance systems (e.g., ERP, reporting tools), overseeing configuration, upgrades and integrations.Providing high quality analysis to support decision making, including data modelling, reporting and insight generation. quality analysis to support decision making, including data modelling, reporting and insight generation.Working closely with Finance, IT and wider business teams to ensure system design meets operational and commercial needs.Ensuring strong financial controls, data integrity and compliance are embedded across all system-driven processes.Supporting change management activities, including training, documentation and stakeholder engagement.About You What you can bring to the role : Good knowledge of Microsoft D365 systemExperience working in a Finance department.A Finance degree or equivalentA solid understanding of core finance processes and data flows (GL, AP/AR, fixed assets, budgeting, month end including Cost Accounting)Ability to work at pace, using time management skills to keep on track of multiple deliverables.Experience of working on a D365 implementationExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a small teamBe self-motivated and results drivenWe actively recruit citizens of all backgrounds, but the nature of our work in specific departments means that nationality, residency and security requirements can be more tightly defined than others.
