Case Management Platform Specialist Business analysis, implementation and support (Zoho Desk) Location: Milton Keynes, hybrid (three days in the office, two remote)|Permanent About the role My client runs its customer and partner communication on Zoho Desk, a case management platform. It is connected to our back-office systems through a library of custom interfaces, and it supports teams across the business. We are looking for a person who will own this platform end to end. You will work with a department to understand how it operates today, design how the platform should support it, build the configuration and work with our developers on any code needed, test it with the users, train them, and support them afterwards. There are two business analysts to work alongside, but they are business-focused rather than technical. You are the lead for the platform and the link between the business analysts and our developers. This is a full-time role in its own right. Many areas of the business have not yet moved onto the platform, and the main reason has been a shortage of technical capacity. Your job is to remove that constraint. The platform may also be extended to other parts of the wider group. You do not need to have used Zoho Desk. We appreciate that Zoho Desk specialists are rare, and we do not expect one. We are looking for someone who has done this kind of work on a comparable platform and can apply it here (see "Experience we value" below). What you will do Understand the business • Work with department heads and teams to understand their current process, where the work arrives from and where it goes next. • Decide, with the business analysts, whether a process belongs in Zoho Desk or in a back-office system, keeping to the principle that Zoho handles customer communication while customer data stays in the system of record. • Write clear requirements, process maps and acceptance criteria. Plan delivery in stages, starting simple and adding to it as the team becomes comfortable. Configure the platform • Set up departments, agents, roles and profiles, layouts and custom fields, statuses, views, email templates, SLAs and knowledge base articles. • Build workflow rules, assignment rules, macros and Blueprints, including the Deluge scripts that sit behind them. • Manage the platform within its licence limits, including custom field capacity, and keep it tidy by retiring what is no longer used. • Apply the standing controls: vulnerable-customer flags, data retention and subject access support. Work with developers on integrations • Specify the interfaces that connect Zoho Desk to my clients other systems, and work with our developers, who build them (currently in PHP) using the Zoho REST API and webhooks. If you can write some of them yourself, that is a real advantage. • Identify where automation can remove manual work, such as email processors that read standard supplier emails and update tickets, scheduled jobs, approval-by-email links and data synchronisation, and specify and test them with the developers. • Diagnose problems with existing interfaces and agree fixes with the developers. Changes to a Blueprint can break automation silently, so you will manage those changes carefully. • Write and maintain technical documentation, and keep credentials and secrets out of code and documents. Test, train and support • Plan and run testing and user acceptance testing with the business. • Train end users and team leaders, and write the guidance and knowledge base articles they need. • Be the point of escalation for the platform: investigate root causes, fix issues and advise on how to use it well. • Report on how the platform is used and recommend improvements, including new channels (telephony, live chat) and the sensible use of AI and automation. Grow the platform • Maintain a roadmap of departments still to move onto Zoho Desk and agree priorities with the Head of IT. • Prepare the platform for use by other company Leasing businesses, if and when that is agreed. This may mean multi-brand or multi-entity design, and working with my clients own IT, security and governance teams. • Work with the business analysts and coach them in the technical side of the platform. Essential experience • Platform administration at depth. Several years administering and configuring a ticketing, case management, CRM or workflow platform (for example Zoho Desk, ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud, Dynamics 365, Freshdesk, Zendesk or Jira Service Management), including workflow automation and custom fields. • Technical aptitude. A good working understanding of how systems integrate through REST APIs and webhooks, enough to specify an interface, test it and work effectively with developers. Experience of scripting or low-code logic within a workflow platform. • Analysis. Experience gathering requirements from non-technical colleagues, mapping processes, and turning them into a working solution. • Delivery to the end user. Experience of testing and UAT, and of training and supporting users after go-live. • Ownership. You will be the main owner of the platform. You are comfortable owning problems, explaining trade-offs plainly, and saying no when something belongs elsewhere. • Communication. Able to talk to a finance director and a developer in the same afternoon. Desirable • Experience of writing backend code against REST APIs, particularly PHP. This is a significant advantage, as it would let you build interfaces yourself. • Direct Zoho experience (Desk, CRM, Forms, Sign, Creator or Flow) and Deluge scripting. • SQL, and experience of reporting from a data warehouse or database. • Experience of email-based case management and mail routing, such as Microsoft 365 shared mailboxes. • Experience of Agile delivery. • Experience of regulated financial services, including vulnerable-customer handling and GDPR (retention, subject access requests). • Experience of rolling a platform out to more than one business or brand. • Interest in AI, automation and low-code tools, and in applying them sensibly. Experience we value, even if it is not Zoho Because the role is niche, we expect strong applicants to come from other backgrounds. We would welcome, for example: • A ServiceNow, Salesforce, Dynamics or Jira Service Management administrator or developer who has built workflows and integrations. • A CRM or ITSM analyst-developer who has run implementations from requirements through to training and support. • An integration or PHP developer who has worked closely with business users on a workflow platform. • A technical business analyst, ideally one who also writes code. The concepts transfer directly. Zoho Desk's Blueprint is a state machine, comparable to flows in other platforms. Its custom functions are comparable to scripts, and its webhooks and APIs are standard REST. What we offer • A role with real ownership of a platform that touches most of the business. • A thorough handover. The current platform owner has documented how Zoho Desk is used and how each interface works, and a recorded training session is available, so you will not be starting from nothing. • Two business analysts to work with. • The chance to shape the roadmap and, if agreed, take the platform into the wider Leasing group. • Hybrid working from Milton Keynes If this is you and you want to know more, please send me your CV and we can talk more about the company / role in more detail TPBN1_UKTJ

There are a lot of OTC roles out there. Most of them want someone to sit inside a working system and keep it humming. This one is different. We’re building the system. We need someone who understands how an order becomes cash – across multiple countries, currencies, tax regimes and commercial structures – and who can help us design processes that will hold up globally. If you’ve been waiting for a role where your OTC expertise actually matters at the design table, this might be it. WD-40 Company is rolling out a new ERP platform globally, and the Order-to-Cash stream is one of its most commercially critical workstreams. From the moment a customer places an order to the moment cash hits the bank — sales order processing, trade agreements, pricing, rebates, fulfillment, returns, EDI — you'll own the process design for all of it. This is a newly created dedicated role. You'll be embedded in a global implementation team working alongside an Implementation Specialist as a true partner — you bring the OTC process expertise and commercial understanding, they bring the system architecture. You're not a note-taker or a ticket-handler. You're a co-creator. You'll immediately be involved in active rollouts, while building toward a major multi-year implementation beginning in 2027. You'll also provide process enhancements and escalation support for countries already live — so the work is genuinely global from day one. The successful candidate will also benefit from a structured handover with the WD-40 colleague who has been managing this function, ensuring strong continuity and a running start rather than a blank page. This role offers the flexibility of working a hybrid schedule between your home and our office in Milton Keynes, UK (minimum 2 days in office per week). This role requires UK work authorization. Visa sponsorship is not available. • Leading and co-leading requirements workshops and fit-gap sessions with commercial, operations, and finance stakeholders across multiple countries, • Mapping current-state OTC processes and designing future-state processes that can scale globally, • Partnering with the Implementation Specialist to maximise out-of-the-box ERP functionality and push back on unnecessary customisation, • Getting deep into trade agreements, pricing logic, and rebate structures — WD-40's pricing is its most complex OTC area, and getting it right matters enormously, • Owning functional specs, SOPs, and process documentation — you're building the institutional knowledge base, • Building and executing test scripts; reviewing results and driving fixes before go-live, • Creating training materials and leading sessions for the people who will live in these processes every day, • Supporting hypercare through go-live and beyond — you see it through, • Providing process enhancement design and escalation support for countries already live on the platform The strongest OTC professionals we've seen for roles like this don't just know the system — they know why an order gets stuck, why a rebate gets disputed, why a deduction doesn't match the trade agreement, why a 3PL shipment creates a fulfillment exception that cascades back into the invoice. They've been in the room when a trade agreement didn't match the invoice and had to figure out why. They understand that the same product can move through the supply chain in completely different ways depending on the market — and that OTC processes have to flex accordingly. That operational fluency is what makes someone genuinely effective in a design role. We're not looking for someone to configure fields. We're looking for someone who can design processes that prevent the problems in the first place. • 5+ years of hands‑on OTC experience — sales order management, trade agreements, pricing, fulfillment, or similar. You've done the work, not just analysed it, • Experience contributing to an ERP implementation (requirements gathering, fit‑gap, process design, testing, training) — as a business analyst, process owner, or SME, • Real exposure to commercial pricing complexity: trade agreements, discounts, rebates, and deductions that vary by customer, region, or product — and an understanding of what happens when they don't align, • Understanding of how third‑party logistics (3PL) and third‑party manufacturing (3PM) partnerships affect order fulfillment and invoicing — WD-40's supply chain runs through external partners and OTC processes must reflect that, • Awareness that go‑to‑market models vary by region — direct, broker/distributor, finished goods vs. concentrate — each creating different OTC process requirements, • Ability to hold your own in a room with sales, commercial, operations, warehouse, and finance stakeholders who each have strong views about how the process should work, • UK work authorisation (visa sponsorship is not available), • CPG or distribution industry background — you'll immediately understand the volume, cadence, and commercial dynamics of WD-40's sales environment, • EDI familiarity in a B2B context — understanding it as integral to order flow, not a technical system to manage, • Experience with rebate management programmes, trade promotion tools, or deduction management, • Tax or compliance exposure in Brazil, European VAT environments, or Japan — all three are active markets, • ERP experience in any major platform (D365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) — the tool matters far less than your process expertise Our competitive and comprehensive benefits package provides you with protection, security, and peace of mind. We offer life‑enhancing health, wellness, and financial programs, including profit incentive rewards, healthcare, and generous pension contributions. In addition, we want you to recharge and take time off, so enjoy short‑day Fridays, paid holidays, and an additional paid week off between Christmas and New year to spend with family and friends! You’ll join WD-40 Company's global ERP implementation team — a group that cares about getting it right and measures success long after go‑live. Your hiring manager leads with high standards and gives her team genuine ownership. The Milton Keynes office is collaborative, and you’ll be expected to be there, especially during onboarding. Once you've found your rhythm, the hybrid arrangement gives you the flexibility to work effectively from home. This role involves international travel. At WD-40 Company we foster a culture of inclusion where all individuals are recognized, valued, respected, and experience a sense of belonging. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to individual characteristics that make us unique such as our backgrounds, experiences, qualities, talents, traits, beliefs, and preferences. #J-18808-Ljbffr

WD-40 Company is rolling out a new ERP platform across its global markets, and we need a Finance domain expert to help us get it right. Not a button-pusher. Not a ticket-taker. A thinker who owns the Finance process stream — someone who can walk into a room with stakeholders from multiple countries, understand how they work, map the gap between where they are and where they need to be, and co-design a solution that actually sticks. This is a newly created dedicated role — WD-40 has reached the point in its global ERP journey where this function needs its own owner. You will have a thorough handover from the internal colleague who built this function and will ensure you successfully hit the ground running. You'll be embedded in a global implementation team, working alongside an Implementation Specialist as a true partner — you bring the Finance expertise, they bring the system architecture. Together, you'll shape how WD-40 handles its financial processes worldwide. This role offers the flexibility of working a hybrid schedule between your home and our office in Milton Keynes, UK (minimum 2 days in office per week). This role requires UK work authorization. Visa sponsorship is not available. During implementation, your days will include: • Leading and co‑leading requirements workshops and fit‑gap sessions with finance stakeholders across multiple countries and regions, • Translating country‑specific business realities into clean, scalable process designs that hold up globally, • Partnering with the Implementation Specialist to build solutions that maximise standard functionality and minimise expensive customisation, • Owning the Finance process documentation — future‑state design, functional specs, and SOPs, • Building and executing test scripts; reviewing results and driving fixes before go‑live, • Creating training materials and leading sessions for the teams who will live in these processes every day, • Supporting hyper‑care through go‑live — you're not dropping the baton at cutover, • Providing process enhancement design and escalation support for countries already live on the platform The best candidate we've ever seen for this type of role didn't come in waving a software certification. They came in with deep finance knowledge, asked the sharpest questions in workshops, and left every session with stakeholders feeling heard and confident. They could spot a process gap before the system could, and they co‑created solutions rather than just documenting requirements. That's the bar. • 7–10 years of Finance process expertise across Record‑to‑Report (RTR) — GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Cash Management, or similar, • Meaningful experience operating across multiple countries or regions — you understand that tax structures, regulatory requirements, and ways of doing business are not interchangeable, and you've navigated that complexity in practice, • Experience contributing to an ERP implementation (as a business analyst, process owner, SME, or similar) — you know what a fit‑gap workshop is and how to run one, • Comfort working across time zones and with geographically dispersed stakeholder teams, • Ability to hold your ground in a room: you'll work with senior stakeholders who have strong opinions, • UK work authorisation (visa sponsorship is not available), • Travel: Some international travel required during implementation phases, • Experience with e‑invoicing in European, Latin American, or Asian markets, • Familiarity with European VAT schemes and/or tax compliance in Brazil or Japan — both are active rollout markets, • Consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry background — relevant domain knowledge travels, • ERP experience in any major platform (D365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) — the tool matters less than your ability to translate business processes into system logic, • Comfort with EDI transaction flows Our competitive and comprehensive benefits package provides you with protection, security, and peace of mind. You’ll join WD‑40 Company’s global ERP implementation team — a group that takes implementation seriously and doesn't treat go‑live as the finish line. Your hiring manager leads with high standards and gives her team real ownership. The UK office is collaborative and values some face time — you'll be expected to come in, especially early on, and will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment. WD‑40 Company has 94% employee engagement globally. People who join tend to stay, and they tend to be proud of it. If you've ever worn a WD‑40 jacket in public, you already know why. At WD‑40 Company we foster a culture of inclusion where all individuals are recognized, valued, respected, and experience a sense of belonging. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to individual characteristics that make us unique such as our backgrounds, experiences, qualities, talents, traits, beliefs, and preferences. #J-18808-Ljbffr

CRM Developer - Business analysis, implementation and support (Zoho Desk) Location: Milton Keynes, hybrid (three days in the office, two remote)|Permanent About the role My client runs its customer and partner communication on Zoho Desk, a case management platform.
