CIPD Level 5 qualification in Human Resource Management. Minimum three years' experience in employment relations. Strong HR environment experience with knowledge of HR systems and databases. Competent use of Word (including mail merge), Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills. Ability to take ownership and see tasks through to completion. Adaptable, flexible, and innovative approach to work. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.
