Honi Sushi is a Sushi Brand based in London, founded on November 2020 behind Honi Poke group. Since then we have opened various branches across London and in Manchester. We are currently looking for energetic and passionate sushi/prep chefs to join our team. We need the right individual that can: - Be flexible to work around the restaurant hours. - Prepare various types of sushi dishes and preps according to guidelines on quality, portion, presentation, and food safety. - Able to maintain a clean and organised work area at all times. - Able to work with the team, as well as independently.
