The Role We are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to join our Product Engineering team. This is a high-impact Individual Contributor (IC) role designed for an engineer who excels at execution and technical craft but is equally driven by product strategy and user value. You will join a cross-functional team (alongside a Product Manager, Product Designer, and other Engineers) to own features from the discovery stage through to deployment and monitoring. You are a builder who wants to ship code that solves real problems for care professionals and care homes. What You Will Do • Own Features End-to-End: You will write clean, maintainable Ruby and React code. You are comfortable jumping between the backend business logic and the frontend user interaction., • Partner with Product: You will be involved before the project is kicked off. You will work with the PM and Designer to assess feasibility, suggest technical trade-offs, and refine the solution., • Mentorship (Not Management): You will set a high standard for code quality. You will review PRs, pair with mid-level engineers, and mentor them technically, but you will not be responsible for HR, hiring, or performance reviews., • System Health: You will ensure the product is performant and bug-free, writing comprehensive tests and monitoring errors. What This Role Is NOT • It is not a Management role: You will have no direct reports. Your focus is contribution and technical influence, not people management., • It is not a Staff/Principal role: While you will make architectural decisions for your features, you are not expected to spend your days writing RFCs for the entire engineering organisation or managing cross-team dependencies. Your primary focus is execution within the team. Who You Are • A Rails & React Veteran: You have significant commercial experience (roughly 5+ years) building web applications. You know the "Rails Way," but you also know when to break the rules. You are comfortable with modern React patterns., • Product-Minded: You don't just execute tickets. You ask questions like: "How does this help a care professional get paid faster?" or "Is this the simplest way to solve the user's problem?", • Pragmatic: You hate over-engineering. You know that shipping value to users is more important than using the absolute latest trendy library., • Empathetic: You understand that our users are working in high-stress healthcare environments. Reliability and usability matter., • Thrive in ambiguity: You dive into the unknown and work to bring people, ideas and problems together to form a clear cohesive plan

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager and lead by example on the shop floor, contributing to the client experience, team performance, and boutique excellence. Location: London, Piccadilly Employment Type: Full-Time Contract : Permanent What You’ll Do Leadership & People Management • Support the integration of new team members, ensuring each new joiner receives the full onboarding journey, fostering a positive introduction to the company culture and operations., • Support the Store Manager in communication activities, sharing company updates and key messages with clarity and enthusiasm during morning briefings, training sessions, and one-to-one meetings, to keep the team informed, engaged, and motivated., • Support the development of the team through continuous coaching and regular feedback. Recognize individual strengths and areas for growth., • Collaborate with the Store Manager in talent scouting and recruitment activities., • Support the organization of the team and shop floor coverage in an effective manner to meet the business needs. Client Experience & Sales • Act as a Brand Ambassador on the shop floor, supporting the Store Manager in identifying opportunities to attract new customers, increase footfall and build strong client relationships., • Foster a service culture that represents Dr. Vranjes Firenze’s olfactory storytelling and elegance., • Ensure every client receives a unique, personalized luxury experience., • Support the team in clienteling actions to build loyalty and retention. Business Performance & KPIs • Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding sales targets, contributing to the store’s overall performance., • Coach and support team members in optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective cross-selling and up-selling strategies., • Monitor sales targets, KPIs (ATV, UPT, Conversion Rate) and store objectives, sharing insights with the Store Manager., • Support the implementation of commercial strategies in alignment with corporate goals., • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and business development., • Support the preparation of weekly performance reports to the Head Office., • Collaborate with the Retail department and Store Manager to plan local events. Boutique Operations & Visual Merchandising • Support operational excellence, stock accuracy and compliance with company policies., • Ensure compliance with Company guidelines on cash handling, stock management, logistics, and all key reporting duties mandated by the head office., • Support inventory management, shipments and daily reporting., • Guarantee high standards of visual merchandising and in-store presentation., • Ensure that all store processes and procedures are harmonized in order to provide best in class client experience., • Support the maintenance of all Store Facilities., • Contribute to effective day to day business and operations processes. What We’re Looking For Experience & Skills • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in an Assistant Store Manager or Senior Sales role in luxury or premium retail (Fragrance / Beauty / Fashion highly preferred)., • Solid and demonstratable commercial awareness., • Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus., • Proficient with digital tools, POS systems, and retail management software.
