Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in the Specialty Coffee Industry. Requirements • Previous experience in the specialty coffee industry or a similar management role., • Proficiency in espresso extraction, including grind adjustment, dosing, and tamping techniques., • Skill in creating and pouring latte art designs, showcasing attention to detail and craftsmanship., • Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and developing a team., • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude., • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment., • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under the pressure., • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays., • A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a strong commitment to teamwork., • Food handling certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
