The Brunswick East name began almost 9 years ago with our cafe in the heart of Dalston. 5 years ago we proudly set up our Hackney Downs bakery where we work with regenerative flours, and produce all our own sourdoughs, pastries and baked good from scratch. Working closely with our head grower we grow our produce from seed, cultivating and harvesting our own seasonal product all year round.
