This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Motorsport / Formula 1 composite laminating who can start immediately. Key Responsibilities • Carry out high-quality composite laminating to Motorsport/F1 standards, • Work with pre-preg carbon fibre materials, • Lay-up of composite components to precise specifications, • Follow engineering drawings and work instructions, • Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and cleanliness, • Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times Essential Requirements • Proven composite laminating experience within Motorsport / Formula 1, • Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Right to work in the UK
