This role is a FTC of 6 months We are seeking an experienced Digital Learning Consultant to support the development and optimisation of eLearning content across our firm. This role is ideal for a specialist with a strong background in instructional design, SCORM compliance, and hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline and Rise. We're open to engaging the right person on either a freelance day-rate basis or a fixed-term contract, depending on preference and availability. Role Structure You’ll report to the Senior Manager, L&D, and work closely with the wider L&D team, LMS administrator, technical leads, and subject matter experts. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise, • Ensure all content is SCORM-compliant and fully compatible with our LMS, • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex content into engaging digital learning experiences, • Provide expert guidance on instructional design best practices, • Conduct thorough testing and QA across platforms and devices, • Review and troubleshoot existing SCORM packages for compatibility and performance, • Support LMS integration and provide documentation as needed. Essential Skills & Experience • Proven expertise with Articulate Storyline and Rise, • In-depth understanding of SCORM standards and LMS integration, • Strong background in instructional design or digital learning development, • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines, • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, • Clear communicator, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, • Experience designing scalable, modular eLearning templates, • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
