With an established portfolio of restaurants across the UK and a growing international presence, this is an opportunity to play a leading role in the next stage of Tattu's development. Role Overview The Senior Brand Manager will take strategic ownership of the Tattu brand, leading its positioning, marketing strategy and commercial activation across the UK and international markets. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the role will be responsible for developing and delivering the annual brand plan, managing significant marketing budgets and ensuring that all activity contributes to brand growth, guest acquisition, bookings and revenue. The Senior Brand Manager will provide clear leadership to the marketing team and coordinate internal departments, restaurant teams, agencies and commercial partners. They will act as the senior day-to-day authority for the brand, ensuring work is strategically aligned, commercially effective and delivered to the highest standard. This is a senior, highly visible role requiring strong strategic judgment, creative leadership and the ability to turn ambitious ideas into measurable commercial results. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy and Leadership • Take ownership of the development and implementation of the annual Tattu brand and marketing strategy., • Translate the company's wider commercial objectives into clear brand priorities, campaigns and market-specific plans., • Define and continually evolve Tattu's positioning, proposition, audience strategy and key messages., • Act as the senior brand guardian, ensuring Tattu is represented consistently and distinctively across every guest touchpoint., • Identify emerging consumer behaviours, cultural trends and market opportunities that can strengthen the brand., • Provide well-considered strategic recommendations to the Sales & Marketing Director and senior leadership team., • Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape across premium hospitality and luxury lifestyle sectors. Commercial and Performance Ownership • Develop marketing plans that directly support bookings, revenue, guest acquisition, retention and frequency., • Take ownership of Tattu's marketing budget, ensuring investment is prioritised effectively and controlled responsibly., • Establish clear objectives, KPIs and reporting structures for all major marketing activity., • Analyse performance across paid media, CRM, social media, website, PR, partnerships and local marketing., • Use data, guest insight and market intelligence to inform decisions and optimise activity., • Present clear performance updates and commercial recommendations to senior stakeholders., • Challenge activity that is not delivering sufficient brand or commercial value. Campaign and Activation Leadership • Lead the development of integrated brand campaigns across paid, owned, earned and in restaurant channels., • Own the strategic direction of seasonal campaigns, menu launches, restaurant openings, events and major brand moments., • Set the campaign proposition, audience, objectives, channel strategy and measurement framework., • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and within budget., • Oversee detailed campaign plans while delegating appropriate elements to the wider team., • Maintain a forward-looking marketing calendar that balances long-term brand building with immediate commercial priorities., • Lead post-campaign reviews and ensure learnings are carried into future activity. Creative and Content Direction • Set the creative direction for Tattu campaigns and ensure all output reflects the quality and ambition of the brand., • Develop and approve briefs for graphic design, photography, videography, social content and external creative partners., • Lead the planning of significant content shoots and brand productions., • Review and approve key creative work, copy and campaign assets before release., • Build a strong and varied content strategy that supports brand storytelling and commercial conversion., • Ensure the brand continues to feel culturally relevant, distinctive and ahead of its competitors., • Maintain exceptional standards of accuracy and attention to detail across all output. Digital, CRM and Guest Journey • Lead Tattu's digital marketing strategy across paid social, search, website, CRM and emerging platforms., • Work closely with agency partners to set media strategy, allocate budgets and improve return on investment., • Oversee the digital guest journey from initial discovery through to booking and post-visit communication., • Identify opportunities to improve website performance, conversion rates and database growth., • Develop a CRM strategy that strengthens guest relationships, loyalty, retention and visit frequency., • Ensure customer data and insight are used effectively to support personalised and relevant communications., • Maintain oversight of digital reporting and hold agencies accountable for performance. Restaurant Openings and International Growth • Lead the brand and marketing workstreams for new restaurant openings and market launches., • Develop launch strategies that build awareness, generate demand and establish strong local relevance., • Work closely with operations, sales, reservations, creative, digital and PR teams to coordinate every stage of an opening., • Adapt the Tattu proposition appropriately for different markets while protecting the core brand identity., • Build relationships with local agencies, partners, media and cultural influencers where required., • Support the development of Tattu's international marketing structure, processes and standards., • Travel to restaurant locations and new markets to provide hands-on leadership during critical periods. PR, Partnerships and Brand Reputation • Set the strategic direction for Tattu's PR, influencer and partnership activity., • Manage senior relationships with PR agencies and ensure activity supports agreed brand and commercial objectives., • Identify high-value partnerships with luxury, fashion, entertainment, travel and lifestyle brands., • Lead the marketing strategy for high-profile events, collaborations and guest experiences., • Protect and enhance Tattu's reputation, responding appropriately to potential brand risks., • Evaluate partnership and PR opportunities based on audience relevance, reach, return and long-term brand value. Team Leadership and Development • Lead, motivate and develop members of the team., • Set clear responsibilities, objectives and performance expectations., • Create an accountable working culture in which individuals take ownership and deliver without requiring repeated follow-up., • Coach team members to improve their strategic thinking, communication, organisation and commercial understanding., • Allocate work effectively, balancing development opportunities with business priorities., • Foster strong collaboration across the wider creative and operational teams. Skills and Experience Essential • Significant experience in a senior brand, marketing or integrated communications role for at least one luxury / premium band., • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial and highly ambitious business., • A strong track record of developing and delivering commercially successful brand strategies., • Demonstrable experience leading complex, multi-channel campaigns., • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, social media, PR, content and performance reporting., • Experience leading and developing a high-performing marketing team., • Confidence managing agencies, suppliers and senior stakeholder relationships., • Excellent strategic, creative and commercial judgment., • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into clear actions., • Exceptional communication, presentation and influencing skills., • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards across multiple projects.
