EPIC Think Learn is seeking a dynamic and values-driven Programme Manager to lead the delivery of our Scottish Government–funded programme supporting neurodivergent children, their families, and teachers across Scotland. This is a rare opportunity to shape a national programme that will reach 1,000 parents, 1,000 teachers, and contribute to the development of a new Neurodevelopmental Passport App designed to support families during neurodevelopmental assessments and when communicating with teachers. Job Title: Programme Manager Employer: EPIC Think Learn C.I.C. Location: Home-based with travel across Scotland. Contract: Fixed-term for 12 months (2026–27). May be extended, subject to funding. Salary Guide: between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum Purpose of Role: To lead, coordinate, and ensure high-quality delivery of EPIC Think Learn’s Scottish Government–funded programme, and line manage programme staff, ensuring all activities meet grant conditions, evaluation and reporting requirements, and EPIC’s values. Key Responsibilities Programme Delivery & Coordination You will be responsible for ensuring that all programme components are delivered on time, to specification, and in line with the grant’s stated objectives. Responsibilities include recruitment of parents and teachers to the programme, managing the delivery of resources, webinars, Q&A sessions, peer support, and app development. Other organisational responsibilities will also be required, related to supporting business growth, e.g. representing EPIC Think Learn at events across Scotland Grant Compliance & Reporting You will act as the guardian of compliance, ensuring EPIC meets all obligations set out in the Scottish Government grant award letter. Responsibilities include preparing reports, overseeing evaluation, financial tracking, and ensuring alignment with eligible costs. Stakeholder Engagement You will build and maintain strong relationships with government officials, families, educators, and partners. Responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for stakeholders and supporting co-production. You will have the capacity to travel across Scotland, to meet with stakeholders and represent EPIC. Quality Assurance & Impact Measurement You will ensure that EPIC’s work is high-quality, evidence-based, and aligned with its values. Responsibilities include overseeing evaluation activities and monitoring timelines and progress. Governance, Risk & Compliance You will ensure that EPIC meets all legal, ethical, and contractual obligations. Responsibilities include data protection, safeguarding, and risk management. Team Leadership & Coordination You will support the creation and management of new roles funded by the grant. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, line management and promoting a positive team culture. You will also coordinate the activities of several freelance staff. Desirable: ● Experience in the third sector or public sector. ● Knowledge and experience of neurodiversity ● Experience of education systems. ● Experience managing remote teams. ● Familiarity with Scottish Government funding processes.
