We’re looking for a reliable, organised, and hands-on Operations & Delivery Coordinator to support our clients’ production kitchen and events across Norfolk. This isn’t just a driving job – you’ll play a key operational role, ensuring food, equipment, and venues are delivered and then set to the highest standard. You’ll act as the crucial link between the kitchen and event venues, working closely with the Executive Chef and production team to make sure everything is in the right place, at the right time, and ready for service. Typical working days: Thursday to Saturday and Mondays Locations: Venues across Norfolk, including Norwich and towards King’s Lynn Start Date: Immediate Pay Rate: £16 per hour What You’ll Be Doing Collecting food and equipment from our production kitchen Delivering and setting up venues with the correct equipment and layouts Handling catering equipment Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries Returning equipment after events Ensuring venues are clean, organised, and ready for service Who We’re Looking For Full, clean UK driving licence and confident driving across Norfolk Highly reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Level 4 Food Hygiene certified (or equivalent experience) Organised and able to work independently Physically capable of lifting and moving equipment Practical, proactive, can-do attitude Experience in a similar role is helpful, but not essential What We Offer Flexible working options: part-time, full-time, or freelance Regular work within a growing events and catering business Varied, hands-on role – no two days are the same Supportive and professional team environment Immediate start available If you take pride in doing things properly, enjoy a hands-on role, and want to be part of a team delivering high-quality events, we’d love to hear from you.
