Responsibilities: Fast Food Grill Chef: - Prepare and cook an array of fast food dishes with precision and efficiency - Ensure foods are cooked to perfection, meeting our high-quality standards - Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine fast food recipes and specials - Inspire and motivate the team with your culinary expertise and creative approach - Maintain a clean and organized cooking station, adhering to food safety guidelines - Keep track of inventory and assist with food ordering as needed Kitchen Assistant: - Assist the Chef in food preparation, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling ingredients - Support the Chef during cooking processes, ensuring all components are ready on time - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to hygiene standards - Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as necessary - Help manage inventory, stock rotation, and food storage areas - Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment for the team.
