HR Director, Up to £150,000 + Strong Benefits, Remote Working with some travel (UK & Internationally) Overview of the HR Director: This role requires a skilled senior HR Director, with a high growth mindset, and strong regional knowledge and experience, to support our clients global businesses. Oracle EPM Cloud (FCCS) Functional Consultant Job Description In addition, you will be: • Leading and implementing Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) solutions., • Overseeing requirements definition, design and gap analysis, • Leading application configuration, • Driving forward functional support of technical activities such as data migration and integration, • Leading solution validation workshops, • Overseeing testing support, training delivery, post give live support and other related aspects of functional implementation advice and guidance You will have experience in the following areas: • Strong functional and technical experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) (minimum leading 2 full project cycles preferred), • Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction, • Understanding of consolidation principles including eliminations, currency translation, and minority interest, • Hands-on experience with Smart View and Data Management, • Ability to design and implement data integration with various source systems, including but not limited to Oracle Fusion and Oracle EPM, • Ability to design data and metadata orchestration, automation, and scheduling, • Hand-on experience with EPM Automate commands (REST APIs knowledge is desirable), • Ability to design and implement consolidation logic and workflows in FCCS, • Ability to implement configurable, on-demand, and insertion rules, • Ability to define and implement close calendars and task manager, • Experience working directly with Finance stakeholders and Group Reporting teams, • Comfortable with Oracle Cloud update cycles and supporting clients through patch testing, • Able to manage multiple tasks across configuration, testing support, and client workshops, • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), • Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis, • Organised, self-motivated, and delivery-focused Desirable Experience • Accountancy qualification, • Exposure to other EPM Cloud modules such as ARCS, EDMCS, or Tax Reporting, • Experience migrating from Hyperion HFM to FCCS, • Familiarity with REST API and EPM Automate for integration and automation Why Version 1? You will collaborate closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into robust technical solutions. You will join a dynamic, resourceful team supporting both banking and retail clients as they navigate complex transformational goals. • Develop enterprise wide data architecture strategies aligned with business and technical objectives., • Define and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models across multiple domains., • Create data flow diagrams, integration patterns, and canonical models to support consistent, scalable data delivery., • Design, build, and optimise data platforms leveraging AWS, GCP, and hybrid cloud environments., • Implement real time and batch processing pipelines using modern data engineering frameworks and tools., • Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions that enhance performance, scalability, and cost efficiency., • Define and enforce data governance standards, including metadata management, data lineage, and data quality., • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)., • Implement encryption, key management, and security best practices across all data platforms., • Partner with engineering, analytics, product, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into targeted data solutions., • Provide architectural guidance, technical leadership, and mentorship to data engineering and development teams., • Support solution design reviews and ensure architectural consistency across initiatives., • Strong expertise in data modeling, database design, and architecting conceptual/logical/physical models., • Proven experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB, Bigtable).
