Location: Old Kilcoy House, Tore, Ross-Shire, IV6 7RZ Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm Salary: FTE £28,000–£34,000 plus benefits (depending on experience) About the Role teclan is looking for an experienced Digital Growth Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on digital marketing experience who is confident managing and optimising campaigns that drive measurable growth for clients. You will work across a range of digital channels including paid advertising, email marketing, social media, SEO and digital strategy. You will take ownership of campaign delivery, performance and optimisation, while working closely with colleagues and clients to ensure activity aligns with commercial goals. Key Responsibilities As a Digital Growth Executive, your responsibilities will include: • Campaign Management: Planning, setting up, managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta., • Email Marketing: Creating, scheduling and optimising email campaigns, with a focus on engagement, conversion and performance improvement., • Social Media: Managing paid social activity, including content planning, monitoring and performance analysis., • Content Creation: Writing and reviewing copy for adverts, emails, landing pages, blogs and social content., • Reporting & Analysis: Analysing performance data and producing clear reports with insights and recommendations., • Strategy Support: Contributing to digital growth strategies that align with client objectives and long-term goals., • Client Collaboration: Working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard. You’ll be someone who: • Has proven experience in a digital marketing role, either agency-side or in-house, • Is confident managing campaigns across channels such as paid media, email, social and SEO, • Has a strong work ethic and takes responsibility for deadlines, quality and performance, • Is analytical and comfortable using data to inform decisions and improvements, • Has excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail, • Is organised and able to manage multiple projects and priorities, • Is confident communicating with clients or stakeholders in a professional manner Ongoing training across Digital Growth, Omnichannel Marketing, and Analytics.
