Chief Executive Officer Salary: £110,000 - £125,000 per annum + benefits Location: Hybrid / London • Lead the organisation with clarity, compassion and strategic focus, working closely with the Board and Senior Leadership Team to ensure financial resilience, operational effectiveness and alignment to values., • Act as a key ambassador for the organisation, building strategic partnerships, engaging with government and funders, and championing the transformative power of music across a wide range of sectors., • Lead on organisational culture, team wellbeing and inclusive practice, ensuring the charity remains values-led and mission-driven as an employer of choice., • Set and execute strategy to enable music therapy to be recognised, integrated and accessible as part of the UK’s health and care system., • Significant senior leadership experience, ideally at CEO or Executive Director level, within a complex, purpose-driven organisation., • A strong track record in strategic planning, income growth and organisational transformation., • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with experience representing an organisation at a national level., • Experience working with a Board of Trustees to ensure strong governance and long-term sustainability., • A deep personal commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, wellbeing and social impact.
