This is an exciting opportunity to manage the newest brand in Euroflorist. We are looking for an experienced E-commerce manager, who will drive the performance and strategy of our newest brand. The right candidate is data driven, a self-starter and looking to make a big impact. The goal of this commercial role is to increase Online volume and GP for one of our newest brands, ensuring a high customer satisfaction on controllable aspects and achieve department OKRs. OKR’s on which success is measured are: • Results of all E-Commerce activities for your brand (Transactions, AOV, CVR, revenue per user, GP1, Box share), • Growth of Online volume and GP1, • Net Promotor Score (NPS) Responsibilities • Responsible for the whole on-site customer journey, • Accountable for strong Online positioning in the UK region for your brand., • Monitoring the quality of our web data and involving stakeholders to improve it accordingly, • Development and implementation of tactical/strategic plans to grow volume and GP., • Work closely with our tech team to test and roll out new features, • Develop and implement pricing strategies for your brand, • Maintain relationship with suppliers, ensuring competitive pricing, • Collaborate with our new product development team to ensure correct products are available on site for the brand., • Forecast volumes for peak periods (Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day). Requirements • Ideally a degree in E-Commerce/E-Business, Marketing, or similar, • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience within E-Commerce, • Experience in the Gifting Industry, • Broad knowledge of E-Commerce, Online marketing, Google Analytics, SEO, SEA, CRO, UX, AB testing and data, • Data-driven mindset, • Up-to-date with latest developments within Online and Digital marketing, • Commercial mind-set and target driven, • Fluent in English Working Schedule • 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, • Hybrid working model: Office-based: Monday to Wednesday, Working from home: Thursday and Friday, • During peak trading periods (including Christmas, Mother’s Day, and Valentine’s Day), full in-office attendance is required, • Additional hours will be required during peak periods and will be compensated with time in lieu, • Flexibility is essential during high-demand seasonal campaigns What we offer • Competitive pension scheme, • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, • Free onsite parking, • Employee benefits and discount scheme, • Employee Assistance Programme, • Cycle to work scheme, • Gym membership, • Company phone About Euroflorist Euroflorist is a European market leader in online flower delivery services. CQC Manager The Role The CQC Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and quality of the service, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and delivering high-quality, person-centred care to adults aged 18 and over. The role holder will promote a culture of dignity, respect, safeguarding, and continuous improvement while ensuring positive outcomes for people using the service. Duties Regulatory and Compliance: • Maintain compliance with all CQC standards, policies, procedures, and best practice guidance., • Ensure full compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and associated regulations as well as demonstrating compliance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005., • Prepare for, manage, and respond effectively to CQC inspections., • Ensure accurate record keeping and timely submission of statutory notifications to CQC and other relevant bodies., • Lead on safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management. Leadership and Management: • Provide strong, visible leadership to staff teams, fostering a positive, inclusive, and professional working culture., • Working alongside HR, recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff in line with regulatory requirements and company policies., • Ensure staff are competent, supported, and appropriately trained, including mandatory and specialist training., • Manage staff performance, absence, disciplinary and capability processes as required in line with company policies. Quality and Service Delivery: • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, choice, dignity, and respect., • Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and reviews to ensure individual needs are met and outcomes achieved., • Monitor and improve service quality through audits, feedback, and quality assurance processes., • Actively involve people using the service and their families in service development and care planning. Safeguarding and Risk: • Act as the service’s lead for safeguarding adults, ensuring concerns are identified, reported, and managed appropriately., • Ensure robust systems are in place for managing incidents, complaints, and accidents., • Promote a culture of openness, learning, and continuous improvement. Financial and Operational Management: • Manage service budgets and resources effectively to ensure financial sustainability., • Ensure staffing levels meet service needs and regulatory requirements., • Monitor occupancy, referrals, and service capacity (where applicable)., • Work collaboratively with commissioners, health professionals, local authorities, and other stakeholders., • Identify continuous opportunities for expansion, keeping up with trends and changes amongst CQC regulations and relevant external partners. Candidate Attributes and Desirable Skills: • Previous experience managing in an adult social care service for people aged 18+ with ability to demonstrate previous Registered Manager experience (and a willingness to register)., • Good verbal and written English., • NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)., • Have an enhanced Child and Adult workforce DBS, or willing to obtain one at the company’s expense., • Must have right to work in the UK., • Understanding of the importance of safeguarding and experience of implementing safeguarding procedures., • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding legislation, CQC Fundamental Standards and Key Lines of Enquiry., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships., • Ability to manage own diary and time., • Understanding of the principles of GDPR and confidentiality., • Proven leadership and people management skills., • Experience achieving and maintaining Good or Outstanding CQC ratings., • Budget management and commissioning experience., • Knowledge of quality improvement frameworks.
