Proven experience managing children with Learning Disabilities and Autism (6-17) including communication needs, sensory needs, epilepsy, dysphagia. · Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations 2015, Quality Standards 2023, Ofsted inspection framework, safeguarding, PBS, low arousal, Makaton/PECS. · DBS: Enhanced DBS Certificate on DBS Update Service - ESSENTIAL - must maintain subscription. You must bring original certificate to interview.
