We're looking for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator ready to take real ownership of the lettings process, with a clear, genuine path to Lettings Manager within 6–12 months. This is a boutique agency, not a corporate machine. Your work will be visible, your contribution will matter, and your progression will be tied directly to your results, not your tenure. You'll work closely with the Lettings Manager, taking the lead on viewings, applicant relationships, and offer negotiation, while regularly stepping up to run the team in their absence. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, builds genuine relationships with landlords and applicants, and is hungry to grow into a leadership role.
