You will have an expert tutor on hand if required. Step 3 - Risk Assessments You will write a series of risk assessments that need to be up to a workplace standard. This is a requirement to gain your NEBOSH certification. Step 4 - NEBOSH Exams The exams can be sat in one of the official NEBOSH testing centres, or online. (Online only currently available for general certificate). Your Job Upon Completion Once you have completed all of the mandatory training and exams, we will place you into an entry level health & safety role as either a advisor, officer or coordinator, where you will be guaranteed a starting salary of £25K-£45K.     We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Nurse to join our healthcare team full time. This role offers an opportunity to work within a multi-disciplinary clinical setting, contributing to the health and wellbeing of children and their families. Responsibilities • Deliver comprehensive and caring nursing care, including implementation and evaluation of care plans., • Monitor vital signs and observe any changes in patient conditions, promptly reporting concerns to the medical team., • Administer medications and treatments accurately in accordance with prescribed protocols., • Support children and adults through education, reassurance, and emotional support, and follow up with some patients through weekly calls., • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations., • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care., • Adhere to infection control procedures and health & safety standards within the clinical environment., • Assist with auditing, risk assessments, and CQC compliance., • Assist consultants during minor surgical procedures and consultations., • Manage stock, order consumables and vaccines as needed, and keep detailed records. Requirements • Valid registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)., • Proven experience in paediatric nursing and paediatric phlebotomy., • Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach towards children and their families., • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team., • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and care delivery., • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if necessary.
