As a Viewing Assistant, you will be responsible for greeting potential clients, showing them around properties, highlighting key features, and answering basic questions about the home and local area. You will help create a positive first impression and ensure that every viewing runs smoothly and efficiently. The successful candidate will be confident, personable, and well-presented, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or property is beneficial but not essential, as full guidance can be provided. Key responsibilities include arranging and conducting property viewings, ensuring properties are presented to a high standard before appointments, providing feedback from viewers, and reporting any issues or concerns following visits. A flexible approach and a willingness to work evenings or weekends when required would be advantageous. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to gain experience within the property industry while playing an important role in helping clients find their next home.
