Head Chef – High-End Rosette level Restaurant Location: New Forest, Hampshire Salary: £41,250 + £2,000-3,000 Service Charge + Temporary live-in available + Amazing Benefits A Little bit about our amazing client Our Client is currently operating a luxury** 3AA Rosette** luxury fine dining restaurant within the outskirts of Southampton. We require an expert Head Chef who is used to a menu which is always curated from seasonal inspirations . This luxury restaurant is heavily influenced and guided by the exceptional variety and quality of local ingredients available in the New Forest including the home grown organic produce which has been picked straight from the restaurant's very own garden. Overall the restaurant wants to maintain their legacy for the amount of care which goes into creating every single bite . They do this by only using the freshest local produce available to help create the perfect hand crafted Dishes . Who is our future head chef ? - We will need someone with a lot of kitchen management experience within a rosette / Michelin star restaurant due to the current restaurant's high standards . - Make sure to have passion with every dish in which you create curating perfection every time - To Maintain Adaptable and organise with a participative mindset to your work - To have retained an excellent knowledge of technical and classic cooking skills - Maintain strong Leadership skills to adapt and challenge the team in a rewarding but professional environment . As a head chef you will be working closely with the executive chef throughout your shift . You will help manage rota’s , cost , and manage stock to maintain . You will also make sure that food service is delivered cost efficiency and resource optimisation , but ensure that quality control is always maintained to the highest standard . As an Head Chef it would be your responsibility to also enforce strict health and safety message and HACCP procedures to ensure chemicals , food , machinery and staff within the kitchen . This role is a full time permanent position which will include working 48 hours per week and own transport would be required due to the location of the restaurant . PAYROLL SENIOR / MANAGER ** ** We are looking for a Payroll Senior / Manager to join our dynamic team. We have a client base spread throughout South West Wales and have a wide range of clients ranging from personal clients to large companies and offer a variety of services. The successful candidate will ideally have recent experience working in a practice environment. The role will include the preparation and control of the day to day payroll reporting to senior management. ** Experience and skills** -The ability to communicate at all levels. -Experience of working in a Payroll team in a practice environment. -To take day to day responsibility in PAYE Department. -Auto Enrolment Pension system to be administered with the successful candidate taking on the day to day control of the system. -To assist in keeping all payroll filing and correspondence up to date. -To ensure all PAYE deadlines set by clients and HMRC met. -To train, develop and supervise staff required in your department. -To ensure quality work and controls in place including auto enrolment. -To keep up to date with tax legislations appertaining to work undertaken and assigned changes. - Completion of Contractors monthly returns (CIS), ensuring PAYE deadlines set by HM Revenue and Customs are met. - Excellent IT Skills – a working knowledge of Microsoft office - Word, Excel, Outlook. - Experience with Brightpay Software advantageous. - Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines. - Strong efficiency and punctuality. - Ability to work on own initiative.
