Qualifications and Experience • Previous experience working with children or young people in residential care, education, youth work, social care or a similar setting is desirable., • Experience engaging young people through activities, mentoring, support work, education or community-based work is desirable., • A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare, Children and Young People’s Workforce, or an equivalent qualification is desirable., • Applicants without the relevant Level 3 qualification must be willing to complete the required qualification within the appropriate timeframe., • A full UK driving licence and the ability to drive safely and responsibly are desirable., • Applicants must be willing to undertake all required training and participate fully in ongoing professional development.     IMPORTANT — DOOR-TO-DOOR FIELD ROLE Most paid shift time will be spent walking assigned Tottenham streets and speaking to residents at their doorsteps. This is not a pharmacy-counter, office or remote role. You must be comfortable working outdoors, approaching households respectfully and accepting refusals immediately. Good Health Pharmacies Ltd is hiring two Community Outreach Representatives for a four-week paid pilot in Tottenham. PAY AND HOURS • Four-week fixed-term PAYE employment, • 24 paid hours per week, normally four 6-hour daytime shifts agreed in advance, • £14.50 per hour, • Up to £100 per week quality bonus, based only on attendance, accurate records, training, safe conduct and compliance, • Pre-approved business travel reimbursed, • Paid training and a paid supervised assessment shift, • Statutory holiday entitlement THE ROLE You will speak respectfully with local residents at their doorsteps and in community locations. Using approved factual materials, you will explain our pharmacy services and signpost interested residents to an official pharmacy QR or contact route. This is not a commission-sales role. Residents remain free to choose any pharmacy. Pay and bonuses are never linked to patient nominations, prescriptions, medicine items, personal details or conversions. This is a high-trust position suited to an experienced Executive Assistant who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and acting as a key extension of the CEO. The successful candidate will be proactive, discreet, commercially aware and capable of managing multiple priorities with minimal supervision. The role will extend beyond traditional diary and administrative support. You will be closely involved in business operations, strategic projects, client and candidate relationships, recruitment activity, lifestyle management and day-to-day execution of the CEO's priorities. You will need excellent judgement, strong communication skills and the ability to anticipate what is required before being asked.
