About the Role: As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating and converting new business for the firm. You will work closely with senior management and the legal team to promote our immigration services and build long-term client relationships. The role requires a balance of outbound business development and relationship management. You will be expected to contribute meaningfully to the firm’s monthly revenue targets. Requirements: • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (legal or professional services preferred)., • Strong communication and negotiation skills., • Confident, professional, and commercially aware approach., • Ability to meet and exceed revenue and conversion targets., • Organised, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently., • Experience in immigration services or legal environments is desirable but not essential.
