This role will ensure that children and young people with SEND are effectively supported through evidence-based practice, high-quality training, and strong partnerships with schools, local authorities, and sector organisations. The postholder will combine strategic oversight with operational delivery, ensuring the hubs drive continuous improvement in inclusive practice and demonstrate measurable impact across the UK. What you'll do: Strategic Leadership • Lead the vision, strategy, and development of the Momenta Inclusion Hubs in alignment with organisational goals., • Act as a subject matter expert in SEND and inclusion, providing advice and strategic support to internal teams and external partners., • Monitor, evaluate, and report on hub performance, identifying areas for improvement and innovation. Programme & Partnership Development • Design, coordinate, and deliver high-quality training, resources, and professional development programmes., • Build and maintain strong relationships with local authorities, education leaders, and sector partners., • Promote and share evidence-based practice, facilitating collaboration and knowledge exchange across regions. Operational Delivery • Ensure all hub activities comply with statutory guidance and current SEND legislation., • Produce reports, data summaries, and case studies to demonstrate impact and inform planning., • Provide oversight of operational delivery, ensuring consistency and high standards across regions.
