The Role We are looking for a commercially driven and detail-oriented Social Commerce Executive to take ownership of our TikTok Shop channel and drive its next phase of growth. This role is suited to someone with hands-on experience in TikTok Shop or social commerce who understands both performance and content. You’ll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, content planning and promotional execution, scaling affiliate partnerships, optimising product listings, analysing performance data, and working closely with our live agency to maximise revenue. You will play a key role in shaping our TikTok Shop strategy and turning it into a significant revenue stream for the business. 🛍️ What You’ll Be Doing: TikTok Shop Management • Own and manage the OHS TikTok Shop account day-to-day, • Oversee product listings, ensuring they are fully optimised (titles, imagery, pricing, bundles, promotions) and visible for purchase, • Ensure promotions and campaigns are executed correctly and on time, • Liaise directly with our TikTok Shop Account Manager to stay fully up to date with platform developments, new features, campaign opportunities and best practices Affiliate & Creator Management • Recruit, onboard and manage TikTok Shop affiliate creators,, • Build strong relationships with creators to drive consistent GMV via our sample strategy, • Monitor affiliate performance and commission structures, • Identify opportunities to scale high-performing partners Live Selling & Agency Management • Work closely with our live agency to plan and optimise live shopping sessions, • Coordinate on-trend product selection, offers, stock levels and campaign messaging for live events, • Track live performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement and AOV Performance & Reporting • Identify trends, risks and growth opportunities, • Provide regular performance updates to senior management, • Track daily, weekly and monthly KPIs including GMV, CVR, AOV, traffic, content and affiliate contribution Platform & Operational Management • Manage our Lark accounts with creators, • Ensure compliance with TikTok Shop policies and best practices, • Stay up to date with TikTok Shop updates, trends and new features, • Troubleshoot operational issues efficiently by working closely with Customer Service and other teams. 💡 What You’ll Bring: • Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop (brand or agency side), with a strong understanding of TikTok algorithm and audience behaviour., • 2–3 years’ experience in eCommerce, marketplace management or social commerce, • Experience managing affiliates or influencer partnerships, • Strong commercial awareness and data-driven mindset - comfortable working with performance metrics and reporting tools, • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and ability to work to tight deadlines, • Confident communicator who can work cross-functionally and with external agencies and teams, • Proactive, adaptable and growth-focused Desirable • Confident on camera, • Experience in homeware, retail or D2C brands, • Experience managing live shopping campaigns, • Degree in Marketing, Business or related field beneficial, • Strong understanding of TikTok trends and content formats, • Familiarity with marketplace tools and social commerce platforms Why Join Us? • Fast-moving collaborative company culture, • Regular company social events, • Company pension, • Employee discount, • Free flu jabs, • On-site parking, • Flexible working times 👀 Sound Like You?
