Client Services Manager • East Midlands (Office-Based NG16), • £32,000–£38,000 + performance bonus, • 22 days annual leave, rising to 27 days based on service We are a growing East Midlands-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting ambitious SMEs. As we scale, we are building out our client relationship function and hiring a Client Services Manager to become a key member of our commercial and client services team. This is not an administrative support role, it is a commercially focused, client-facing position with a clear pathway to Account Manager. The Role You will take ownership of client-facing commercial flow and, over time, assume responsibility for a portfolio of client accounts. Initially, you will: • Prepare and manage client quotes, • Track and manage renewals, • Raise POs and coordinate supplier orders, • Maintain CRM accuracy, • Act as first point of contact for non-technical client queries, • Regular client review scheduling and follow-ups Within 6 months, you will: • Run review meetings, • Manage renewal conversations, • Identify growth opportunities, • Act as day-to-day relationship lead for your portfolio You will work closely with the Managing Director and Operations Director while helping shape the future structure of our client services function. What We’re Looking For • Experience in an MSP, IT reseller, SaaS, or tech-focused commercial role, • Strong organisational discipline and attention to detail, • Confidence in client-facing conversations, • Commercial awareness and ability to protect margin, • Calm, structured approach to managing multiple priorities, • Ambition to develop into a full Account Manager role This role suits someone who combines commercial discipline with relationship confidence and wants to grow into genuine account ownership over time.
