What We’re Looking for in the Successful Candidate We are seeking someone who is curious, commercially aware, and passionate about technology… especially ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions, such as Microsoft Dynamics or Sage Intacct, and how these systems help organisations streamline processes, improve efficiency, and operate more effectively. Key Responsibilities (First 12 Months) Account Management Cultivate strong, trust-based client relationships that feel supported and effortless. Sales Strategy & Insight Delivery Use Challenger insights to guide clients effectively delivering clarity, simplifying decisions, and helping them avoid unnecessary effort. Team Collaboration Work with internal teams to ensure proposals are technically sound, commercially aligned, and easy for customers to understand and progress. CRM Management Maintain accurate CRM records to support transparency and prevent unnecessary customer effort caused by missing or unclear information. Renewal Success Lead renewal discussions for key clients, ensuring the renewal process is simple, predictable, and easy for customers to move through. Service Delivery Manage service escalations with urgency and empathy, ensuring customers feel heard and supported with minimal effort required on their part. Account Ownership Take ownership of Gold Accounts (and others as assigned), ensuring proactive communication and high-quality, frictionless customer experiences. Salary & Package Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
