Title: Project Coordinator\n\nLocation: Bolton\n\nSalary: £28,000 - £30,000\n\nThe Client \n\nOur client are a dynamic and rapidly expanding leader in the construction, fit-out and facilities management sector. They provide a comprehensive range of services aimed at optimising the operations of commercial and residential buildings. \n\nAs part of their continued growth, they are seeking a skilled and dedicated Project Coordinator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative work environment while supporting the financial operations of the company.\n\nThe role of Project Coordinator \n\nCommercial management of fit-out projects with a value of up to £2m.\nProviding cost monitoring, forecasting, reporting, and capturing within reports and cashflows\nContract administration of various contact suites; including acting as Employers Agent\nManaging principal contractors and subcontractors; including the implementation of a robust change control procedure\nProducing high level estimates, cost plans, tenders and conducting other costing exercises, as required\nAppointing and managing professional teams to develop robust information for pricing\nFacilitating meetings on behalf of the client and ensuring that team actions are captured, tracked, and closed out in good time\nProviding general cost advice to client and assisting in value management workshops to align client budget to contractor pricing\nManaging the procurement process; including analysis of tender returns, negotiation of contract terms and recommendation to clients\n\nSkills, Qualifications and Experience of the Project Coordinator\n\n- Must have previous experience in a project coordinator / Construction or FM Administrator role\n- Experience in the FM / Facilities Management or Construction\n- Strong IT skills in MS Products\n- Self-motivated with a passion for great customer service.\n- Organised and structured in approach with the ability to prioritise.\n- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\n- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information and solutions effectively\n- Excellent attention to detail, and retention and recording of information.\n\nWhat's on Offer: \n\nCompetitive Salary: Based on experience. \nPension Scheme: 5% pension contribution to help secure your future. \nProfessional Development: Opportunities for continuous personal and career growth. \nModern Head Office: Join a vibrant and innovative workplace with a supportive team atmosphere. \nCollaborative Team: A culture that values communication, respect, and shared success. \nExciting Growth Potential: Be part of a growing company with a clear vision for the future. \n\nKeywords: Project Coordinator, Administrator, Construction Administrator, Facilities Management, FM, FM Administrator\n\nBowdon Associates is a member of the Guild of Quality Employment Agencies and has agreed to adopt the compliance and recruitment standards that form the basis their code of conduct.
