You’ll manage through live data and dashboards, not meetings — ensuring production, logistics, and profit performance are tracked and corrected daily. This role suits a commercially focused operator who understands manufacturing flow, numbers, and people. Key Responsibilities • Lead daily scrums, weekly sprints, and monthly performance reviews., • Oversee dashboards tracking output, materials, deliveries, and gross margin., • Manage corrective actions from customer service and logistics until closed., • Align production and sales forecasts (12-month rolling plan)., • Ensure all data in Monday.com, DEAR, HubSpot, and Xero is clean and aligned., • Report weekly to the CEO with profit performance and risk forecast.
