This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and making a real difference in the classroom. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to provide high-quality support across a range of subjects, helping pupils to engage positively with their learning. You will assist with classroom activities, provide targeted intervention where needed, and contribute to a safe and inclusive learning environment. Please note:Only applicants who have previously worked in schools or educational settings will be considered for this role. Experience supporting learners in Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4 is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will: * Have proven experience working in a school or education-based role. * Be confident supporting pupils with varying abilities and needs. * Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Be proactive, reliable, and committed to promoting positive outcomes for students. * Hold (or be willing to undergo) an enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
