Project Manager - Events Permanent Location: Home / Milton Keynes Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 (+ benefits) Are you an experienced events Project Manager looking for your next challenge? We're working with a leading global events agency who deliver high-profile incentives and conferences for some of the world's most recognisable brands. As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of projects from concept through to reconciliation - ensuring world-class delivery, client satisfaction, and commercial success. What you'll be doing: • Leading end-to-end event management (contracting, logistics, supplier management, on-site delivery, reconciliation)., • Managing delegate communications and guest management, ensuring a seamless attendee experience., • Overseeing creative and content elements, from films and presentations to stage production, branding, and digital engagement., • Managing budgets, tracking profitability, and ensuring events are delivered on time and within scope., • Acting as a role model and mentor for junior team members, supporting their development., • Driving client growth opportunities through exceptional service and commercial awareness., • Travelling globally to deliver on-site across incentives, conferences, and live experiences. What we're looking for: • Proven experience in event project management within an agency environment (essential)., • A track record of delivering global incentives and conferences for premium brands., • Strong financial and budget management skills., • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure., • Experience in content-led events (films, presentations, AV, digital platforms) would be highly beneficial., • Confident client-facing skills with the ability to build lasting relationships., • Willingness to travel internationally for event delivery.
