The Role & Team You’ll join a Service Desk team of 6, supporting a fast-paced, high-availability environment: • 1 × Student Placement (1st Line), • 2 × Junior Engineers Technology & Responsibilities You’ll be working across a modern IT estate, supporting both cloud and on-prem systems, including: • Azure, • Active Directory, • Exchange, • Intune Experience & Fit • 2–3 years’ experience in an IT Support / Service Desk role, • Strong troubleshooting skills and confidence owning issues end-to-end, • Comfortable supporting and mentoring junior team members, • Background from any industry considered Location, Salary & Bonus • 5 days per week on-site in Milton Keynes, • £40,000 – £43,000 basic, • Up to £15,000 based on team performance, • Historically consistent bonus payouts Why Apply? • Work in a world-class, performance-critical environment, • Take on a more senior, mentor-style role while staying hands-on, • Strong financial upside and long-term stability, • Be part of a culture that values precision, accountability, and excellence Interested?
