Ideal Person: ·Qualifications: CTA qualified or equivalent experience in corporate tax. ·Experience: At least eight years of experience in a corporate tax role, with significant exposure to complex tax issues. ·Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of corporate tax compliance, planning, and advisory services. ·Review and Analysis: Proven ability to review complex tax cases with high accuracy and technical proficiency. ·Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and colleagues. ·Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing tax returns and other client deliverables. ·Leadership: Previous line management experience, with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop junior staff. ·IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with Alphatax or similar tax software is preferred. ·Commercial Awareness: Ability to make effective business decisions, manage key performance indicators, and contribute to the growth and sustainability of the wider firm.
