Enso Recruitment is proud to be working with an innovative, data-driven technology organisation who are continuing to scale their cloud and engineering capabilities. They are now seeking a DevOps Engineer to play a key role in building and optimising modern, cloud-native platforms. You will work at the heart of the engineering function, enabling faster, more reliable software delivery through automation and DevOps best practices. This is a hands-on role focused on CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and containerised environments, where you’ll collaborate closely with development teams to streamline workflows and improve system scalability and performance. • Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (e.g. EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda), • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or GitLab, • Develop and maintain automated deployment processes, ensuring smooth and reliable releases, • Work with Docker and Kubernetes to manage and scale containerised applications, • Monitor system performance using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, or similar, ensuring high availability and reliability, • Identify and resolve infrastructure issues, performance bottlenecks, and deployment challenges, • Support testing automation, working with engineering teams to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines, • Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to support build, release, and infrastructure requirements, • Contribute to infrastructure optimisation, scalability, and cost efficiency across cloud environments, • Support best practices across security, high availability, and disaster recovery, • Experience in a DevOps or Cloud Engineering role, • Strong experience with CI/CD tools and practices, • Hands-on experience with AWS or another major cloud platform, • Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes, • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation), • Familiarity with scripting (e.g. Python, Bash), • Strong understanding of cloud architecture and distributed systems, • Experience with monitoring and observability tools, • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills, • Salary: Up to £50k, • Pension, • 24 days annual leave plus statutory holidays, • Birthday leave, • Enhanced parental leave, • On-site parking To find out more about this opportunity, hit Apply or reach out to a member of the Enso Recruitment team today! #J-18808-Ljbffr
