The Work You'll handle a broad and stimulating litigation caseload with real variety: • Property litigation: landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, dilapidations, lease disputes, • Commercial contract disputes: breach of contract, professional negligence, business disputes, • Contentious probate: will disputes, inheritance claims, executor/trustee disputes, • Court attendance, advocacy, client advisory work, • Drafting pleadings, witness statements, applications This is hands-on litigation from day one. You'll run files independently but with senior support when you need it, the balance junior litigators rarely get.
