The Food & Beverage Supervisor Key Responsibilities will include: To Maintain high levels of punctuality, and correct uniform standards of team members facilitating any amendments or replacements of uniform that need to be made. To divide duties and tasks among team day-to-day, in all outlets and meeting & events. To check food, beverage and any other relevant requisitions have been picked up and processed in line with hotel policy and procedure. To train staff up to the expected hotel service and health and safety standards, making sure standard is consistently high and always demonstrated. To motivate and praising staff to maintain high levels of motivation and engagement. The Experience & Qualifications for Food & Beverage Supervisor: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent written/verbal communication and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization. Confident individual who is adept in prioritising and managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously. Ability to take the initiative and deal with unexpected situations and last minute changes. Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential data.
