Business Development Specialist Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Business Development Specialist to join a specialist chemical manufacturer who are based on the outskirts of Winchester. Our client is looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a passion for researching. Responsibilities as a Business Development Specialist: Ensure incoming leads are being captured, assigned and responded to by the sales team Maintain accurate and up to date records in the CRM System Capitalise on sample & application success by generating additional prospects in similar organisations Conduct market research, targeting companies in niche markets Assisting with exhibitions and events across the UK and Europe (organising & attending) Ensure leads collected at shows are promptly uploaded to the CRM Provide backup support to the sales team Prepare basic quotation, sample processing and account support Working closely with the customer service team and sales engineers Requirements for this position: A minimum of 2 years relevant experience Proven experience with CRM systems and Business development A minimum of 3 A Levels Excellent IT and organisational skills, effective communicator Full UK Driving licence & access to own vehicle Additional language is an advantage Confident researcher with ability to identify relevant contacts and market segments The Business Development Specialist Role: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5pm Salary discussed at application 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays Private medical cover and income protection If you are interested in this Business Development Specialist role, please apply below or contact Jemma at Pertemps
