Our client is a leading manufacturer of special purpose machinery and due to their continued expansion Staffbase have been appointed to recruit for the position of Aftersales Coordinator.\n\n£33K-£38K + Bonus + Benefits\n\nThe Role:\n\nThe Aftersales Coordinator will work closely with the sales, service, engineering and spare parts teams and you will effectively organise and control after-sales activities. \nKey responsibilities will include but is not limited to the following;\n\nCo-ordinate service engineers work schedule\nEffectively process all after sales enquiries undertaking tasks such as producing quotations, order spare parts, chasing suppliers, allocating resources to work etc etc.\nEffective management and control of spare parts in line with technical specifications\nProvide project management support coordintate installations, resource allocation, logistics etc etc\nMonitor performance and produce accurate KPI reports.\nEstablish and maintain excellent customer relationships\nRole will involve occasional travel and overnight staysCandidate:\n\nWe are looking for a dynamic Aftersales Coordinator ideally with previous experience in a capex machinery, OEM, special purpose machinery or facilities management environment.\n\nYou will be highly organised with good customer services and communication skills. \nApplicants will be confident, have a reasonably technical mindset and you will have excellent organisational skills\n\nYou must be computer literate and ideally you will have had some exposure to supporting online marketing e.g. uploading images to website, supporting production of marketing and technical brochures etc etc. \n\nHours of Work:\n\nMon - Fri 40 hours\n\nBenefits:\n\nExcellent basic salary £33K -£38K Negotiable\nBonus\nPension\n33 days annual leave\nSick pay\nPension
