The Role The successful candidate will lead a small team of 6 engineers within the workshop, overseeing the repair, overhaul, assembly, and testing of electro-mechanical equipment while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and productivity are maintained at all times. This is a hands-on position suited to someone from a manufacturing, service, or heavy engineering background who is comfortable both leading a team and supporting day-to-day engineering activities.
