Registered Manager (Childrens Home) - Ditchling Common £49,875 - £55,000 + up to £18,000 in bonuses A well-established therapeutic children's residential care provider is expanding and seeking experienced, committed Registered Managers to lead one of their homes. This is an opportunity to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel secure, valued and supported to thrive. You will lead and inspire your own team, ensuring the home delivers outstanding care, strong role models and a place children can truly call home. A relocation package of up to £5,000 is available for candidates willing to move for this role. This position offers a competitive base salary of £49,875 - £55,000, with the potential to earn up to £18,000 in annual bonuses, paid quarterly. Bonus eligibility is linked to home occupancy and achieving a "Good" or "Outstanding" Ofsted rating. We are looking for someone who: • Has at least 5 years' experience within residential children's care, • Has a minimum of 2 years' experience supervising and managing staff, • Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce, • Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England), • A designated psychologist supporting each home and its community, • Dedicated in-house education provision, • Industry-leading therapeutic training and ongoing support, • Child-centred budgets and high-quality home environments, • Reliable and supportive on-call system, • £49,875 - £55,000 + up to £18,000 in bonuses, • Up to £5,000 relocation package, • 224 hours annual leave, increasing to 248 hours after 4 years, • Additional leave for birthday, wellbeing, volunteering and festive celebrations, • Long service awards and recognition payments for outstanding practice, • Full support throughout Ofsted inspections, • Opportunities to progress into Level 7 and therapeutic qualifications, • Team engagement days, team building and house holidays, • The opportunity to build and lead your own experienced staff team, including Deputy Manager, Seniors and Support Workers, • Private health plan for medical and wellbeing expenses Know someone who would be suitable and interested?
