We are looking to recruit an experienced Nurse Prescriber to support our growing Child and Adolescent ADHD Service. You will play a pivotal role in supporting and managing ADHD in young patients. Your role involves developing and implementing individualized care plans, prescribing medication, and providing ongoing support and education to our patients and their families. Reporting To: Clinical Director Responsibilities • Develop and implement individualized care plans, including prescribing medication as appropriate., • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans, adjusting as necessary, including physical health monitoring., • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding ADHD and its management., • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure holistic care., • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and organizational standards., • Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing mandatory and professional development activities., • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
