We are looking for a dedicated Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team in a small, nurturing home for children who cannot currently live with their families. About the Role As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care that meets the physical, emotional, social, and developmental needs of children with complex emotional and behavioural challenges, mental health disorders, and additional needs. You’ll be part of a team committed to therapeutic approaches and restorative practices, helping children thrive in a safe and supportive environment. Qualifications • QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to undertake). Required Skills • Experience working with children and young people., • Understanding of child development and challenging behaviour., • Positive attitude and ability to build relationships., • Willingness to work unsocial hours including weekends, nights, and bank holidays., • Driver with access to own vehicle Preferred Skills • None specified.
