What You'll Do: • Lead Audits - Take ownership of audits for local government, NHS, and central bodies, delivering accurate, compliant and high-quality work., • Build Relationships - Develop strong client connections, acting as a key contact to resolve queries promptly and ensure billing runs smoothly., • Ensure Excellence - Oversee audit delivery to agreed timescales, ensuring standards, procedures and quality expectations are consistently met., • Professional Qualification - ACA / ACCA / CA (or equivalent)., • Sector Expertise - Experience auditing publicly funded bodies such as local authorities, central government departments, NHS trusts, and other government-aligned organisations., • Leadership Experience - Ability to take the lead on external audits, you'll supervise and coach junior staff., • Technical Knowledge - Strong understanding of UK GAAP (FRS 102), IFRS, and the Companies Act.
