Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Metal Worker / Fabricator to join their dedicated workshop team. This opportunity suits someone who thrives on varied, hands-on work and takes pride in precision-engineered craftsmanship. Location Watford Area Role Overview • Fabrication and assembly of bespoke metal signage and architectural components, • Working with aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel materials, • Reading and interpreting detailed technical drawings, • High-standard TIG and MIG welding, • Safe and efficient use of workshop machinery, hand tools, and equipment, • Completing work to quality standards within agreed deadlines, • Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator / Welder, • Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, materials, and workshop techniques, • Confident working from technical drawings with accuracy, • Skilled in TIG and MIG welding, • Experience with sheet metal forming, including bending and press brake operation, • Effective problem-solving abilities, • Able to work independently or collaboratively within a workshop team, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship, • Experience within the signage or architectural metalwork industry, • Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (experience dependent), • Hours: 8-hour shifts, with overtime available xrnqpay, • Benefits:, • Employee healthcare plan (part company-funded), • Opportunity for overtime earnings Ensure you read the information regarding this opportunity thoroughly before making an application. The successful candidate must have an excellent background within the Sheet Metal Industry, holding strong skills within both TIG & MIG Welding.
