The Role As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will play a pivotal role within a high-performing Mortgage Services team, working directly alongside an award-winning broker on complex, high-value cases. This is an active, end-to-end case management position where you will take ownership of mortgage applications from submission through to completion. From residential and buy-to-let through to bridging and development finance, you will gain exposure to specialist lending scenarios that will significantly enhance your technical knowledge and long-term career prospects. Key Responsibilities • Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion alongside your dedicated broker, • Package and submit applications, reviewing supporting documentation against lender criteria, • Liaise confidently with clients, lenders, solicitors, underwriters and valuers, • Proactively progress cases, resolving queries and mitigating delays, • Maintain accurate and compliant CRM records and documentation, • Support complex cases including bridging finance and development finance, • Deliver exceptional customer service while working to agreed team targets and service levels Package and Benefits • Salary £30,000, • Hybrid working available after probation, • Structured training and long-term career development opportunities, • CeMAP training support if not already qualified, • Extensive perks, benefits & wellbeing support, • Pension & Life Assurance Skills and Experience • Proven mortgage case handling or mortgage paraplanning experience, • Strong knowledge of residential mortgages; exposure to specialist lending advantageous, • Experience submitting mortgage applications and packaging cases, • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, • Confident communicator, both written and verbal, • Able to manage deadlines and prioritise within a fast-paced environment, • Professional, proactive and team-oriented approach, • CeMAP (or equivalent) desirable but not essential Why Apply Opportunities to work on complex, high-value mortgage cases alongside an award-winning broker do not come around often.
