London & Surrounding Areas | Office Based | Remote | Hybrid Opportunities We’re working with well‑established and growing mortgage brokerages and specialist finance firms who are expanding their administration and case management teams. These opportunities suit experienced Mortgage Administrators, Case Managers or Mortgage Paraplanners with exposure to Buy to Let, Bridging finance, Commercial Mortgages and Development finance. The Brokerages The roles sit across several reputable mortgage brokerages operating in the residential, specialist, commercial and development finance space. While differing in size and structure, they share common strengths: strong adviser teams, consistent deal flow, established lender relationships, and a genuine appreciation for experienced administrators. The Role These roles focus on the end‑to‑end administration and case management of mortgage applications, with a particular emphasis on one or more of the following areas: BTL, Bridging, Commercial mortgage and Development finance cases. You’ll act as the backbone of the process, ensuring cases are accurately packaged, progressed efficiently and communicated clearly to all parties involved. Key Responsibilities • Managing specialist cases across BTL, Bridging, Commercial or Development, • Liaising with lenders, underwriters, solicitors, valuers and advisers to progress cases, • Chasing outstanding documentation, valuations and legal requirements, • Managing offer conditions and ensuring compliance with lender criteria, • Keeping accurate case notes and maintaining CRM and pipeline records, • Providing updates to advisers and stakeholders throughout the case lifecycle Skills & Experience • Previous experience as a Mortgage Administrator, Case Manager or Mortgage Paraplanner, • Exposure to BTL, Bridging, Commercial and/or Development, • Strong understanding of the specialist lending process, valuations and legal stages, • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously, • Confident liaising with lenders and third parties, • Detail‑focused, proactive and reliable under pressure, • Comfortable working within a regulated mortgage environment Package & Opportunities • Salary up to £45,000, • Bonus potential available in selected roles, • Hybrid working with flexible hours, • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, • Full training and ongoing support Why Apply?
